Data deletion instructions

ClickLahh is operated by CLICK LAHH ENTERPRISE (SSM 202603188758 (TR0346220-M)). This page explains how to remove ClickLahh's access to your Facebook and Instagram data, and how to ask us to delete data we hold.

What we receive from Facebook

• The list of Facebook Pages you choose to connect, and access tokens for those Pages (stored encrypted).
• Lead form submissions from those Pages' lead ads, with the campaign, ad set and ad they came from. These become leads in your ClickLahh workspace.
• Your name and Facebook user ID from Facebook Login.

Disconnect Facebook from ClickLahh

In ClickLahh go to Integrations → Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads → Disconnect. We immediately unsubscribe your Pages from lead notifications and permanently delete the stored access tokens. Leads already captured stay in your workspace until you delete them.

You can also remove ClickLahh from Facebook itself: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select ClickLahh and click Remove. ClickLahh then loses access straight away.

Delete leads, contacts or your whole account

• Individual leads or contacts: workspace owners and admins can permanently erase a contact from its page in ClickLahh.
• Your whole workspace and account: send a request through our contact form (topic “Privacy request”) or email hello@clicklahh.com from the email address on your account. We verify the request, delete your workspace data and confirm by email, normally within 30 days. Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten as the backups expire.

If you filled in a lead form for a business

Your details belong to the business whose ad you responded to; they use ClickLahh to manage their enquiries. Please ask that business to delete your data. If you can't reach them, contact us and we will pass on your request.
