This notice summarises how ClickLahh, operated by CLICK LAHH ENTERPRISE (SSM 202603188758 (TR0346220-M)), supports compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). It is not legal advice.

If you use ClickLahh to store your customers' data

You are the data user. ClickLahh provides tools to help you meet your obligations:

• Notice and consent: lead forms include a configurable consent statement; consent and its source and time are recorded on the contact.
• General principle and security: workspace isolation, encryption of integration tokens, role-based access and audit logs.
• Retention: you decide how long to keep leads. Raw technical payloads are purged automatically.
• Access: download everything held about a contact as a data file.
• Correction: contact details can be edited at any time.
• Erasure: workspace owners can permanently erase a contact and everything attached to them. Normal “delete” only moves a lead to the trash.
• Data export: export leads, contacts, activities and deals as CSV.

If you are a customer of a ClickLahh user

Your enquiry was sent to a business that uses ClickLahh to manage it. Please contact that business for access, correction or erasure requests. If you cannot, contact us and we will route your request.

Cross-border transfers

Our infrastructure providers may process data outside Malaysia under contractual safeguards. Customers can ask for details of current processing locations.
