Terms of Service

ClickLahh is operated by CLICK LAHH ENTERPRISE, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) under registration no. 202603188758 (TR0346220-M), of No 102, Jalan Mulia 1/3, Taman Bukit Mulia, Bukit Antarabangsa, 68000 Ampang, Selangor.

ClickLahh offers two things: the ClickLahh software (Part A) and website development and search advertising services (Part B). Part A applies when you create an account and use the software; Part B applies to a quotation or engagement for our services. “Governing law” and “Contact” apply to both.

Part A — ClickLahh software

By creating an account you agree to these software terms.

The service

ClickLahh is software for capturing and managing sales leads. Features depend on your plan. We may improve or change features, and will give notice of material reductions.

Your account and workspace

You must give accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity under your workspace, including the people you invite.
Owners control billing and can export or delete workspace data.

Your data and compliance

You own the data you put into ClickLahh. You are responsible for having a lawful basis (including any consent required under the PDPA and anti-spam rules) to collect and contact your leads, and for using messaging channels such as WhatsApp and email in line with their policies.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, deceptive or abusive use, spam, or collecting data without a lawful basis.
No attempts to access other customers' data, disrupt the service or bypass limits.
No uploading malware or unlawful content.

Plans, trials and payment

Free trials last 7 days unless stated otherwise and need no card. After the trial, choose a plan to continue full use; your data is kept.
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices are in MYR and may change with advance notice.
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
If a payment fails we retry and give a short grace period before limiting access. We never delete your data because a payment failed.
Usage allowances (such as leads per month) are soft: we will keep capturing leads and ask you to upgrade.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ClickLahh is provided “as is” and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost leads.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other customers at risk. You may stop using ClickLahh at any time.

Part B — Website development and search advertising services

1. Our services

We provide website development and search advertising management services to small and medium businesses in Malaysia. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price for any engagement are set out in a written proposal or quotation agreed before work begins.

2. Quotations and payment

All quotations are fixed-price unless stated otherwise and are valid for 30 days. Website projects typically require a deposit before work commences, with the balance due on launch. Search advertising management is billed monthly in advance.

Advertising spend is always paid by you directly to the ad platform through your own ad account. Our management fee never includes or marks up ad spend.

3. No lock-in

Search advertising management is provided month-to-month. Either party may end the arrangement with written notice before the next billing cycle. Work already delivered and fees already incurred remain payable.

4. Ownership

On full payment, you own your website design, content and files, your domain name, and your search advertising account and its data. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback and any materials (logos, photos, product details) needed to complete your project, and to ensure that content you supply does not infringe third-party rights or Malaysian law.

6. Results and liability

We commit to professional, diligent work and transparent reporting, but advertising and search performance depend on factors outside anyone's control — so we cannot guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the services is limited to the fees you have paid us for the services in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be handled in good faith first, and if necessary through the courts of Malaysia.
