General
What is Clicklahh?
Clicklahh is business software made in Malaysia. Clicklahh CRM captures and follows up leads. Clicklahh Marketing plans, approves and reports on marketing work. Clicklahh Suite is both in one workspace. We also offer website and search advertising services, sold separately.
Who is it for?
Malaysian SMEs and small sales teams that get enquiries from ads, WhatsApp and their website, and agencies or in-house teams that manage marketing for one or more brands.
Where do I log in?
At app.clicklahh.com. The website and the app are separate: this site explains the products, and your workspace lives in the app.
What do the status labels mean?
Available now works today. Requires account authorization works once you connect your own account. Beta works for a limited group. Awaiting platform approval is built and off until Meta or TikTok approves it. Coming soon is not available yet. See features and status.
CRM
Which lead sources can I connect?
Website forms, CSV import and manual entry on every plan. Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads, Google Ads lead forms and inbound webhooks on Growth and Pro. Email capture, WhatsApp and the public API on Pro. Lead Ads and WhatsApp need you to authorise your own accounts.
Does the CRM send WhatsApp broadcasts?
No. On Pro you can reply to leads on WhatsApp within Meta's 24-hour window, from the lead's timeline. Template messages for outside that window are not built yet, and Clicklahh is not a broadcast tool.
Can my sales team use it on their phones?
Yes. The app works in a mobile browser, including the pipeline board and follow-up lists.
Can I import my existing leads?
Yes. Import a CSV with column mapping and duplicate rules. Malaysian phone formats are matched so the same person is not entered twice.
Marketing and Suite
Can I sign up for Marketing today?
Marketing is in invite-only beta. Request early access and we will set up your workspace.
Does Marketing publish to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok?
Direct publishing is built and switched off until Meta and TikTok approve the permissions. Until then, approved posts are exported as a ready-to-post package for manual posting.
Which reports does Marketing show?
Google Ads results, read-only, once you authorise the account. Organic Facebook and Instagram analytics are built and waiting for Meta's review. There are no TikTok, LinkedIn or YouTube analytics today.
Does the Marketing subscription include campaign management?
No. It is software for your team. Campaign management, content production and ad spend are not included. Our team can run search advertising for you as a separate service.
I already use the CRM. Can I add Marketing?
Yes. We can add Marketing to your existing workspace, so your leads and history stay where they are. Contact us to set it up.
Billing
How much does the CRM cost?
Starter RM59, Growth RM149 and Pro RM299 a month. Yearly plans cost 10 months' price for 12 months. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, no credit card.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, from Settings, Billing in the app. Prices are in ringgit.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your workspace moves to a limited plan. Your data stays readable and is never deleted because a payment failed.
Assistant
Is Clicklahh Assistant available?
Not yet. It is built and switched off. It will start as a controlled beta for a small group of workspaces. How it will work.
Will it cost extra?
No. It will be included in your plan with a monthly allowance of answers. It is not sold as a separate product.
Privacy and data
Who owns the data in my workspace?
You do. You can export leads, contacts, activities and deals as CSV at any time, and owners can permanently erase a contact.
How do you support PDPA compliance?
Forms record consent with its source and time, data is isolated per workspace, and you can export or erase a person's data on request. See the PDPA notice and Privacy Policy.
Do you see my Facebook or Google password?
No. You sign in to the platform yourself and authorise access. Integration tokens are stored encrypted. You can remove access at any time. See data deletion instructions.
Services
Are services included with the software?
No. Website development, landing pages, search advertising and campaign management are quoted separately. You can buy either without the other.
Who pays for ad spend?
You do, directly to the ad platform, through an ad account in your name. We never mark up ad spend.
