Domain and hosting
You own the domain. We handle the technical side.
No separate hosting plan to buy and no server settings to learn. Here is how it works.
What you own
- Your domain name, registered with your business as the owner, using your business details.
- Your website design, content and files, once the project is fully paid.
- Your logo, photos and text. They stay yours throughout.
What we manage
- Hosting on Clicklahh's managed hosting, included for 1, 2 or 3 years depending on your package.
- Domain and DNS settings, so your domain points to the right place.
- SSL certificate and technical setup, so your site loads securely over https.
Your site, kept separate
Your website is set up as its own site in our hosting account, with its own files and settings. You do not get access to our hosting account, and other customers never get access to your files.
Included for a set period
Domain and hosting are included for 1, 2 or 3 years, as stated in your package. Not for life. Before the period ends, you choose whether to renew with us.
Free to move
If you would rather host elsewhere, the domain is already in your name, and after full payment your website files are yours to take to another host.

We connect your domain, switch on SSL and put the site live. The balance is due on launch.

Website questions
Is the price one-time or monthly?
The package price is a one-time project fee. It includes the domain and hosting for the period shown: 1 year for the Basic Landing Page, 2 years for the Business Website and 3 years for the Custom Website. After that, domain renewal and continued hosting are charged separately.
Who owns the domain name?
You do. We register the domain with your business as the owner, using your business details. We manage its settings for you so it points to your website.
Do I need to buy my own hosting?
No. While you use our managed hosting, your website runs on Clicklahh's hosting and we look after the technical setup. You do not need a separate hosting subscription.
Will I get a login to the hosting?
No. Your site is set up separately inside our hosting account, which also holds other customers' sites, so we do not hand out access to the account itself. Tell us what you need changed and we will do it, or ask for your website files if you want to host it yourself.
What happens when the included domain and hosting period ends?
You choose. You can renew the domain and hosting with us, or move the site to another host. Renewal is charged separately from the website fee, so ask us for the current renewal price. We do not offer lifetime hosting or domains.
Can I move my website to another provider later?
Yes. The domain is registered in your business name, and once the project is fully paid, the design, content and files are yours. We hand over your website files so another host can run them.
How long does it take to build?
Most websites go live in 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the number of pages and how quickly content is approved. Your quotation gives a firm timeline before work begins.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. You review the site before launch and send us your feedback. The review rounds included are set out in your quotation, so you know what is covered before you start.
Can you write the content for my website?
Yes. We can interview you about your business, then write clear copy in English, Bahasa Melayu or both.
Do I need a Clicklahh software subscription?
No. Websites are a separate service. Some clients use the Clicklahh CRM to follow up the enquiries their website brings in, but it is optional and not included in any website package.
